Responsibilities:

- Manage and deliver large, complex client engagements in Global Rewards
- Develop and implement project management strategies and solutions for the Rewards business
- Handle engagement risk, project financials, planning and budgeting, and definition of deliverable content
- Build and maintain relationships with senior management, clients, and project stakeholders
- Evaluate projects from a technical stance and evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, and more
- Oversee day-to-day interactions with clients, senior management, project staff, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Minimum five years of recent experience in Human Resources/Total Rewards project management
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant certifications such as CPA, JD/LLM, or EA
- Ability to elicit and document functional and technical requirements
- Knowledgeable in coordinating across multiple organizations, risk and issue management, and managing multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively establish new functions and processes and manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Salary Information:

- Salary ranges vary by location, with California ranges between $99,600 - $176,300
