Employment by the Court as a Law Clerk is "at will," and Law Clerks may be employed for a limited term of no more than 30 months.
Other outside employment must be approved in advance by the Court. The Court reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation prior to appointment.

The salary range for Law Clerk (Non-Bar Member) is $89, - $94, annually.
The salary range for Law Clerk (Bar Member) is $112, - $118, annually.
