Job Title:
Senior Manager, Trust Tax

Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for managing client relationships related to trust tax services contracts and leading the team servicing these clients, or specializing in a unique subject matter needed by the trust tax practice.
- Work independently with clients and trust administrators to resolve complex issues and achieve positive outcomes.
- Oversee daily activities and outputs of the team assigned to engagements, ensuring all deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
- Serve as a role model in both abilities and values to team members.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of eight years of recent experience in public accounting and/or trust tax.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or another credential from the company's approved list. Candidates without one of these credentials at the time of employment have one year from their hire date to obtain one.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical and research abilities are required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code as it pertains to trusts and estates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and detailed knowledge of the Thomson Reuters OneSource Trust Tax platform.
- Experience in mentoring and counseling manager and staff-level team members.
