Transactional Attorney The candidate will work closely and support Partners cases and legal projects representing clients in a wide range of transactional needs. Attend, lead and assist in court appearances as needed. Consistently communicate and update clients on case progress and actions. Meet with new clients to assess, draft, and complete the legal needs of the new clients. Ensure timely entry of time and billing details daily and in line with the firm best practices. Work with Firm Administrator and the Managing Partner to support the goals of the firm and the partners. Ensure all actions are in support of the Virginia Bar and other applicable bars, and legal best practices. Should have 2+ years corporate and/or transactional experience. Clio software experience is required. Virginia Bar Membership in good standing is required. MD and DC Bar Membership is preferred.
