Associate Attorney The candidate should possess excellent legal research and writing skills, the ability to work independently and learn quickly, and a willingness to work on a wide range of projects. The attorney hired to fill our Associate opening will therefore have the opportunity to not only build a strong employment law foundation, but also to develop a broader business practice, including drafting and review of contracts, advice on corporate governance, and litigation of business disputes. Minimum requirements include admission to the State Bar of Georgia and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Litigation experience and work in employment law and/or business law are a plus.
