Duties:

  • Oversee and manage national subrogation and insurance defense cases from inception to completion.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and local counsel to ensure timely progress on cases.

  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships.

  • Conduct legal research and draft clear, concise legal documents, motions, and pleadings.

  • Prioritize and meet deadlines with excellent time management skills.

  • Accurately document case developments and timekeeping using case management software.

  • Engage in occasional travel for client visits and conferences.

  • Contribute to marketing and business development efforts by authoring articles and participating in events.

  • Collaborate with colleagues while also excelling in independent tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing litigation cases from start to finish.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.

  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Ability to work well both individually and in a team setting.

  • Must be proficient with case management software, MS Office, and general technology.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin (or eligible for licensure).
