Job Title: Senior, Value Chain Alignment

Job Responsibilities:
The role of Senior, Value Chain Alignment within the Tax Services Business Tax department involves strategic thinking and the application of industry knowledge to assist multinational clients with international compliance and consulting services. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing an understanding of client operations, which involves building work plans and project plans.
- Conducting high-level benefit modeling.
- Creating tailored presentations for various departments such as C-Suite, Tax Department, HR, and Systems/IT to convey information clearly and succinctly.
- Managing projects, including coordinating across multiple service lines such as VAT/Customs and other member firms.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation.
- The ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, requiring US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on work and client needs.
- One of the following accreditations obtained, in process, or willing to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible: Licensed attorney, Enrolled Agent, or foreign equivalents of CPA, Licensed Attorney, or Enrolled Agent.
- Other Tax Technology approved certifications (as listed in the text).

Preferred qualifications include experience working in a fast-paced, team environment, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience with a Big 4, public accounting, or consulting firm.

Salary Information:
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, the estimated compensation range is $78,960 to $167,180. This range takes into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is noted that compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, and it is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range for this role. Additionally, there is a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
