Job Title: Associate Product Counsel, **Members Only** Play

Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel and advise Engineering, Product Management, Trust and Safety, and cross-functional teams globally to launch innovative features.
- Ensure compliance with global laws including privacy, consumer protection, competition, and intellectual property.
- Develop and maintain a repository of legal resources required for products, such as terms of service, privacy notices, and other disclosures.
- Respond promptly to a wide range of legal requests from cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum qualifications include a JD, ., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates must be admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (., have registered in-house status) in the state where the position is located.
- Required to have 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Experience in digital platforms, consumer protection, advertising, promotions, contract, privacy, competition, or intellectual property law is necessary.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience in product counseling for digital consumer platforms, with a focus on consumer protection and privacy, as well as issues like commerce, marketing, IP, and competition.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Implementation, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc., is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are essential, with the ability to deliver results in a timely manner.

Salary Information:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000-$312,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
- Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
