Duties

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to ensure successful deal execution.
• Conduct due diligence and support the preparation of disclosure schedules.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of corporate law experience, focusing on M&A.
• Exposure to securities law and emerging business matters is preferred but not required.
• Strong academic background with exceptional research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is mandatory.

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
