Summary:

- Arch Insurance Group, AIGI, is seeking a highly experienced Technical Claims Supervisor to join its growing Major Case Unit.
- This role involves actively managing and effectively overseeing large exposure and complex commercial general/auto liability and trucking claims.
- The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial general/auto liability claim handling, with a strong passion for achieving excellent claim results and delivering exceptional customer service.
- The Technical Claims Supervisor will collaborate with TPA team members, Arch Claim Account Managers, and other claim professionals to proactively develop and execute appropriate claim resolution strategies.
- Other responsibilities include coverage analysis, investigation, liability and damage evaluation, timely and accurate reserving, litigation management, vendor management, settlement negotiations, and effective communication with insureds and brokers.
- The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
- The Technical Claims Supervisor must also be adaptable and able to succeed in a rapidly changing workplace.
- The role will be hybrid, with the employee working in the office 2 days a week.
- The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000/year, with additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
