Job Title: NA Emerging Payment Products, Sr. Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The NA Emerging Payment Products team is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Head of NA Product & Strategy in achieving the department's top priorities. The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director, NA Emerging Payment Products and focus on both strategic and execution-oriented topics. The core responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development of perspectives on a range of strategic initiatives related to NA product pricing and product solutions.
- Driving rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support strategic projects and the development of executive materials.
- Building strong relationships with product and cross-functional partners, including the NA Product leadership team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to build out unique, creative, and impactful solutions.
- Supporting key NA Product OKRs and strategic initiatives and owning specific projects as delegated.
Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling communications in short time frames.
- Ability to structure and manage complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail.
- Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners.
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on fact-based, quantitative analysis.
- In-depth understanding of company core products pricing strategy and two-sided market dynamics.
- Curious and fast learner with a positive can-do attitude.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $159, to $230, USD per year. This may include potential sales incentive payments if applicable. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a Wellness Program.
Additional Information:
- This position is a hybrid role based in San Francisco.
- Work hours vary upon the needs of the department.
- Travel requirements are 5-10% of the time.
- The position will be performed in an office setting, requiring the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
