Job Responsibilities:
The role of a Tax Senior Manager within the company centers around providing a comprehensive range of tax services to private companies. This position involves working closely with privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals to design and implement personalized service plans. The responsibilities include:

- Engaging in business advisory roles such as audit, tax compliance, and planning to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experiencing and managing the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception through growth, maturity, and transition.
- Addressing key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture, and exit strategies.
- Acting as part of a team of problem solvers to tackle complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Encouraging team members to voice their opinions and contribute to discussions, including quieter team members.
- Handling ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations effectively.
- Initiating open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
- Balancing big picture thinking with managing relevant details.
- Anticipating stakeholder needs and developing solutions proactively.
- Contributing technical knowledge in the area of specialization.
- Fostering an environment where people and technology collaborate effectively.
- Navigating the complexities of cross-border and diverse teams and engagements.
- Leading open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting as the minimum educational qualification. Additionally, a minimum of six years of experience is necessary for this role.

Certification requirements include holding a CPA, being a Member of the Bar, or possessing other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials that may qualify for this opportunity.

Preferred candidates should demonstrate:

- Intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in handling complex tax issues faced by non-publicly traded companies.
- Proficiency in day-to-day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities.
- The ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Experience in building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement.
- Strong communication skills to articulate value propositions.
- Competence in managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.
- Experience in preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
- Leadership skills in supervising teams to foster trust and promote diverse views.
- The ability to provide timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback to staff.
- Business advisory leadership, including developing new relationships and selling new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.
- Experience in innovating through new and existing technologies and experimenting with digitization solutions.
- Proficiency in using digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Tax Senior Manager position is between $119,300 and $328,000. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company also offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
