The candidate involves working closely with Partners, Lead Attorneys, and support staff in handling a variety of immigration cases, including deportation defense and family-based immigration cases. Must possess a JD from an accredited law school (or foreign equivalency), as well as licensure permitting for the practice of law from a state bar association. Second language fluency is preferred. Prior experience in immigration law is preferred. Must be capable, driven, and looking to grow with the firm. Should be problem solvers, self-motivated, independent thinkers, and possess excellent communication skills. Must be well organized and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
