Job Title: CBS - Global Mercury Value and Expense - Assistant Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, test, troubleshoot, and maintain roles across the ERP platform.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure proper access controls are integrated within roles.
- Provide audit services to identify deviations from established procedures, role mappings, and unauthorized changes to the ERP systems’ security, and report findings to executive leadership.
- Display a comprehensive understanding of user provisioning, role definitions, and risk analysis for the ERP platform.
- Ensure ERP application security standards are fully integrated and aligned with the corporate strategic plan.
- Monitor the ERP platform for compliance, including segregation of duties and sensitive transactions.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Law, or a related field with 8 years of related work experience. A 3 or 4-year degree is acceptable.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 7 years of related work experience is acceptable.
- Must have 7 years of work experience with a mid-to-large size public accounting firm, professional consulting firm, or within the industry.
- Must have 7 years of experience with SAP system security, including access controls, process controls, role design, and maintenance.
- Must have 4 years of specific SAP GRC Access Control working experience, including access request management, access risk analysis, emergency access management, and business role management.
- Must have 2 years of experience in project/change management, preparing and delivering reports, and giving presentations to clients.
- Must be eligible to obtain CPA, CA, CISA, CIPP, CBCP, CGEIT, CFE, CIA, CISSP, CISM, CIPT, PMP, and/or CMA certification within one year of hire.
- Requires domestic travel up to 10% and international travel up to 10% to serve client needs.

Salary Information:
- The base salary for this position is $146, per year.
