The **Members Only** offers undergraduate and law students the opportunity to participate in an unpaid internship during their Fall or Spring semesters or during their Summer break. If accepted into the program, students will be assigned to one of the Division’s Bureaus or supporting Units and Offices. s will be supervised by a Detective or a Deputy Attorney General, respectively. An Assistant Attorney General will have overall supervision of the program.
Internship Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with interdiction and prosecution of criminal law violations
- Gain hands-on experience in investigative techniques
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Observe and assist with court appearances and litigation techniques
- Attend training and speaking events
Internship Requirements:
- Completed Internship Application

- Most recent official transcript (law students should also include a legal writing sample)
- Interest in specific Bureau or geographical location within the Division of Criminal Justice
