This role involves representing clients in a broad range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment and investment visas, and court proceedings. Location

Duties

  • Draft briefs, motions, and pleadings for Immigration Court proceedings

  • Represent clients in immigration hearings, USCIS interviews, and other proceedings

  • Prepare and submit a wide range of immigration applications and petitions

  • Draft responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other USCIS correspondence

  • Engage in case strategy planning and client communication throughout the legal process

  • Contribute to a team-oriented and client-focused legal environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, including:

    • Family-based immigration

    • Employment-based visas

    • Investment visas

    • Removal defense and immigration court practice

  • Strong legal research and persuasive writing abilities

  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and accurately

  • Client-focused with a commitment to high-quality service

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in any . jurisdiction and in good standing

Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal analysis

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal setting

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
