The **Members Only**, a prestigious law firm in Washington, DC, is currently seeking 2L students for their 2026 Summer Associate Program. This 10-week program offers a realistic view into the life of an associate at the firm and provides valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Position Description:

- 10-week Summer Associate Program
- Reception and two-day Summer Associate Academy in Los Angeles
- Development workshops to help students settle into their roles as law firm professionals
- Hands-on experience working closely with partners and associates on client matters
- Opportunities to attend depositions, court appearances, and participate in conference calls and negotiations
- Drafting documents and sitting in on meetings
- Pro bono projects
- Formal mid-summer and end-of-summer reviews, as well as informal feedback from supervising attorneys
- Comprehensive training programs in transactional and litigation work
- Assigned attorney mentor for guidance and advice throughout the summer
- Well-balanced calendar of social events to get to know attorneys and fellow summer associates

Hiring Criteria:

- Minimum GPA of required, preferred
- Experience in moot court/mock trials and/or law journal preferred
- Leadership skills, initiative, and ability to handle responsibility
- Interest in business litigation, corporate transactions, finance and bankruptcy, government contracts, international trade, or intellectual property

Salary Information:

- Salary range of $225,000 - $225,000 per year
