KPMG is seeking a Manager to join our International Tax practice. This role involves advising multinational enterprises on business decisions, tax planning, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's in taxation, JD, and/or LLM (with a concentration in tax) is preferred. The ideal candidate will also possess strong research and writing skills, Excel modeling abilities, and excellent oral communication skills. The ability to balance multiple engagements, lead client service teams, and develop and deepen client relationships is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Advise multinational enterprises on business decisions, tax planning, and compliance
- Prepare and review complex tax models
- Structure the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs
- Assist with tax provisions for financial statements and compliance work
- Guide clients on income tax treaty planning opportunities
- Provide services to alternative investment companies
- Develop and deepen client relationships
- Expand the KPMG footprint in local and global markets

Qualifications:

- Minimum five years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Master's in Taxation, JD, and/or LLM (with a concentration in tax) preferred
- Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM, or other approved credentials
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax law
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excel modeling abilities
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to balance and lead multiple engagements
- Ability to develop and deepen client relationships
