Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Global Information Reporting
Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager within the Financial Markets Business Advisory team, you will be expected to take on a leadership role in helping clients comply with global tax information reporting and withholding rules. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading staff in the preparation and filing of information returns to ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Developing innovative technology solutions to enhance compliance processes and improve efficiency.
- Providing expert guidance and advice to clients on complex tax issues, helping them navigate the intricacies of global tax information reporting.
- Maintaining operational excellence and fostering top-tier client interactions to build lasting relationships.
- Leveraging your influence and proficiency to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Guiding teams in the development of practical tax compliance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Overseeing the implementation of compliance strategies for clients, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Education and Experience Information:
To be considered for the Tax Senior Manager position, candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory for this role.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
- Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, Enrolled Agent status, or active membership in the Bar is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred and can set candidates apart:
- A degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Taxation, or Management Information Systems & Accounting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in providing guidance on global tax information reporting compliance.
- Proven ability to research complex tax issues and provide well-informed conclusions to clients.
- Experience in reviewing US IRS tax forms and related documentary evidence.
- Strong leadership skills in managing staff in the preparation and filing of information returns.
- A track record of developing innovative technology solutions to enhance efficiency in tax-related processes.
- Experience in creating educational resources related to reporting and withholding requirements.
- Proficiency in training and managing local staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet compliance standards.
- A comprehensive understanding of US tax rules and requirements.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Tax Senior Manager position is $124,000 to $335,000 annually. Additionally, individuals in this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. It is important to note that the actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
