The **Members Only** is a boutique real estate law firm seeking a Law Clerk to join its rapidly growing practice. The successful candidate will have a passion for real estate and the opportunity to become a full-time associate.

Responsibilities:

Legal research and writing, including drafting complaints, discovery, briefs, letters, blog posts, and memoranda
Developing litigation strategies to help clients achieve their goals
Reviewing and investigating legal claims
Reporting to firm management

Experience or strong interest in the firm's practice areas (Real Estate, Business, and Litigation)
Excellent analytical and legal writing skills
