Job Title: 2026 Summer Associate – Trademark

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in **Members Only**'s summer program within the Trademark, Copyright, and Advertising (TCA) group.
- Engage in activities related to the selection, prosecution, and enforcement of trademark and related rights in the US, UK, and across the European Union.
- Assist in counseling clients on brand adoption, expansion, licensing, enforcement, and litigation, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop skills through involvement in contentious matters, strategic counseling, and portfolio management.
- Support litigation efforts, contributing to victories before federal courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the . Copyright Office, and domain name tribunals.

Education and Experience Information:
- Applicants should be 2L summer associates, indicating that they are in their second year of law school.
- While prior work experience relating to trademark, copyright, and advertising issues is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Salary Information:
- The expected salary for this position is based on an annualized rate of pay of $225,000.
