Litigation Attorney The candidate will draft and prepare briefs, settlement offers, discovery motions and all trial motions. Prepare cases for trial by interviewing witnesses, acquiring evidence and conducting investigations. Propound and respond to written discovery. Routinely take and defend depositions from witnesses, experts and clients. Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably for our clients. Should have 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Must be currently licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed.
