Job Title: Associate Attorney

Location: Irvine, California
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a caseload of pre-litigation cases
- Conduct legal research and analysis and collaborate with staff and investigators to gather evidence
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers throughout the claims process
- Demand claims and negotiate resolutions for Third-Party and First-Party (UM/UIM) liability claims
- Prepare legal documents, including demand letters, mediation briefs, and Petitions for Minor's Compromise
- Lead and oversee a team to ensure optimal case management
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to The State Bar of California
- Passion for helping people and advocating for injured clients
- Strong administrative skills, including effective organization of files, documents, and records
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for case assessment
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Desire to grow and develop within Personal Injury law
- Strong leadership abilities, including team management skills
