This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and active practice, handling all aspects of litigation while also having access to experienced litigators for guidance and collaboration. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to handle assigned cases and work closely with paralegals and legal practice assistants.
To be considered for this position, candidates should have at least two years of experience in insurance defense or financial services work. They should also possess strong research and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Being a team player and self-starter is essential, as well as being licensed in North Carolina or eligible for admission without examination. Candidates should also be willing to travel for court appearances and other proceedings as needed.
