Law Firm Seeks Experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney for San Diego Office

- Minimum 10 years of focused trusts and estates experience required
- No portable book of business necessary
- Excellent opportunity to join a widely recognized team of attorneys and paralegals
- Specialize in complex estate plans, trust and estate administrations, and business succession plans
- in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred

Requirements:

- Solid California State Bar practice credentials
- Stable employment history with focused experience in trusts and estates practice
- Experience in estate planning document drafting and estate administration
- Familiarity with estate and gift tax returns and trust income tax returns
- Ability to work as part of a team in estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration matters
- Strong research (including tax research) and writing skills
- Experience working with high-net worth clients and dedication to client service
- Technical proficiency in estate and trust planning
- Attention to detail and initiative

Salary Information:

- Expected annual salary: $210,000-$250,000
- Salary determined by factors such as experience level, education/training, and relevant skills
- Associates and Of Counsel eligible for merit-based bonus program
