Job Title: Senior Assistant General Counsel, Manager - Litigation
Experience: 15+ years in enforcement and investigations with top-tier law firm, in-house legal department, and/or government office
Location: Atlanta, Georgia; Mountain View, California; San Diego, California; Washington, DC

Responsibilities:
- Managing and resolving lawsuits and pre-litigation disputes
- Driving responses to investigation matters and inquiries from regulators and government entities
- Developing strategies for managing and resolving cases and investigations
- Conducting internal investigations and fact development
- Working closely with colleagues in the Legal Department and business partners to achieve good business and legal results
- Managing responses to third-party requests for information and protecting company data
- Supervising in-house legal support staff
- Managing outside counsel and legal service providers, including budgets and reporting
- Drafting policies and conducting training for business partners
- Adding rigor to internal processes and promoting data-driven decisions

Qualifications:
- JD in good standing with at least one . state bar
- 15+ years of experience in enforcement and investigations
- Prior experience managing direct reports preferred
