Job Title: Employment Partner
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package
Experience: Irish qualified with a background in employment law, preferably at partner level

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead an existing team, providing guidance and support to colleagues
- Attract new business and advise key clients on a wide range of employment law issues
- Develop and promote the team and law firm through business development, networking, and marketing activities
- Collaborate with colleagues in other offices to identify cross-border opportunities and support global clients

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Proven track record in employment law, with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Positive and flexible approach to change and implementing new initiatives
- Team-oriented and experienced in mentoring and supervising less experienced team members
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with clients
