Cambridge Associates is a global investment firm that works with endowments & foundations, pension plans, and ultra-high net worth private clients to build, implement, and manage bespoke investment portfolios. They are currently seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel with at least 5 years of experience to support a broad range of legal matters across the firm. The successful candidate will have a . degree and be licensed to practice in the US. They will also have strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Overview:
- Member of the Legal Department
- Support a broad range of legal matters across the firm
- Provide advice and guidance to all areas of the firm, including finance, human capital, operations, and leadership
Job Responsibilities:
- General corporate legal matters, including preparation and review of board meeting materials, commercial lease agreements, and support for finance, human capital, and leadership departments
- Other legal matters as they arise
Qualifications:
- . degree required
- At least 5 years of experience preferred, with top law firm and in-house experience
- Licensed to practice in the US in good standing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in employment, real estate, contract, general corporate, transactional, and finance/tax law
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Two references required
