Job Title: Managing Director, Forensics
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop business through relationships, contacts, and other opportunities.
- Lead and actively participate in client discussions and meetings, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Analyze the current business environment, understand client needs, assess risks, and identify recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the development of business opportunities and proposals.
- Develop industry-specific thought leadership articles and communications.
- Execute a business development plan identifying opportunities for the Forensics Practice and other lines.
- Aid in the development of targeted and industry-specific marketing materials.
- Monitor and implement industry trends and best practices, fostering a positive, team-focused environment.
- Supervise the day-to-day workload of staff assigned to assist with pursuits and opportunities.
- Act as a Career Advisor to Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates.
- Evaluate the performance of Compliance Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates, assisting in the development of their professional goals.
Education and Experience Information:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or JD preferred.
Experience:
- Eight or more years of experience in developing business and managing relationships required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
- Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk rating tools preferred.

Salary Information:
- Individual salaries are determined after consideration of numerous factors including qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
- National Range: $200,000 - $400,000
- Maryland Range: $200,000 - $400,000
- NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $200,000 - $400,000
