Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to individual and corporate clients on immigration matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various immigration issues
- Prepare and file petitions, applications, and other immigration documents

- Extremely detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning ability
- Superb persuasive writing skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Efficient execution on client matters with the ability to follow through projects to completion
- Foreign language skills are welcome but not required
