Associate Attorney The candidate will be working directly with the busines's to ensure that all legal matter's are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing legal needs, review of company policie's and procedures, and busines's and legal policies. Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, notice's and subpoenas. Providing legal and administrative support to attorneys. Conducting legal research. Coordinating and filing all discovery document's involving attorney's and clients. Reviewing discovery case's and providing update's to attorneys. Communicating in a highly effective manner with team member's and clients. Analyzing conflict's in legal matter's and advising client's on solutions. Coordinating and preparing administrative reports. Assisting in the review of legal document's for accuracy and completeness. Communicating with senior associate's to ensure case's are handled efficiently. Ensuring confidentiality. Should have 3+ year's of experience in a law firm or legal practice.
