Lathrop GPM, a full-service, Am Law 200 law firm with 13 offices nationwide, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Franchise & Distribution practice group in Redwood Shores. This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 - $230,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and a professional, yet comfortable working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality legal representation to clients in the areas of franchise and distribution law
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage and direct legal assistants and paralegals on assigned projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Participate in client development initiatives to support personal practice growth

Requirements:
- Active California law license in good standing
- 2-4 years of general litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Preferred location: Minneapolis or Washington, . offices
