Law Firm Seeks Experienced Associate for Corporate Emerging Companies & Growth Practice in Austin, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley
Join our highly reputable law firm as an Associate in our Emerging Companies & Growth Practice. We are seeking a talented individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in emerging growth companies, public companies, and/or capital markets to join our team of 3rd to 5th year associates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients in the emerging growth sector
- Work on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and venture capital financings
- Assist with drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client business objectives
Qualifications:

- Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas or California (depending on location)
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
