**Members Only** is seeking a Hearing Representative to join our Appellate Division team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely from the cities of St. Louis, Missouri; Des Moines, Iowa; Louisville, Kentucky; Houston, Texas; Rochester, New York; or Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in unemployment or administrative hearings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn state regulations and departmental procedures. A background in law or paralegal certification is a plus. This role is deadline-driven and requires the ability to represent clients in unemployment hearings, as well as prepare client witnesses and analyze case information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide representation for employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings
- Analyze case information and prepare clients and witnesses for hearings
- Communicate with clients and document all interactions
- Stay up to date on state-specific laws and regulations regarding UI benefits

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
- Ability to represent clients in hearings and attend local hearings as needed
- Familiarity with state regulations, departmental procedures, and internal systems
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience:
- Attorney or . degree, legal education, or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
