Overview:
The **Members Only** is seeking a talented and dedicated attorney to join our legal team as Deputy Attorney General in the Energy & Natural Resources Division. Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is DOE, with a starting salary of $90,000. Primary Duties:
As Deputy Attorney General, you will be responsible for advising the **Members Only** on water matters and representing the department in court proceedings. This includes working on the Snake River Basin Adjudication, the largest water adjudication in . history, and managing surface and ground water resources conjunctively. You will also have the opportunity to assist in drafting orders and potentially appear in judicial review proceedings before Idaho courts. Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must be licensed to practice law in Idaho and have a strong academic background. We are looking for candidates with a passion for public service and a desire to make a difference in water law and administration.
