Responsibilities:
- Proficient in civil State and Federal Court processes, procedures, and filings
- Conduct skilled legal research, analysis, and advising
- Draft persuasive and effective documents for court filings
- Coordinate with other attorneys and staff for efficient case progress
- Provide clear and organized communication with legal team, clients, and opposing counsel
- Effectively manage caseload and ensure team accountability
- Stay up to date on changes in law and legal procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies
- Attend necessary court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Valid CDL preferred

As an Experienced Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in all cases with the goal of timely, effective, and efficient resolution. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Managing Attorney.
