Job Overview: A law firm in Marietta, GA, seeks a Closing Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in closing residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. Duties:

• Conducting thorough title searches and examinations.
• Drafting and reviewing closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
• Ensuring all legal requirements are met throughout the closing process.
• Providing legal guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate transactions.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in closing residential and/or commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of property law, finance, and post-TRID residential real estate regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia.

Certifications:

• State Bar of Georgia license.
