A prestigious law firm is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4 to 5 years of experience to join its growing real estate practice in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, with additional exposure to real estate debt or equity matters being highly preferred. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-value deals within a well-regarded team. This position is being offered through a legal recruiting agency on behalf of the firm.

Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
Draft and negotiate transaction documents including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
Advise clients on real estate development and finance matters
Support clients through the due diligence process
Work closely with senior attorneys, clients, and counterparties on complex real estate deals
4 to 5 years of relevant transactional real estate legal experience
Prior experience with real estate equity or debt matters preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong client service orientation and attention to detail
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited . law school
Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Proven ability to collaborate with clients and legal teams
Experience with real estate financing structures is a plus
