Job Title: Financial Services Global Structuring - Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate in the International Tax Services Generalist team, the candidate will manage assigned workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements or internal business services projects. The responsibilities include:
- Managing assigned workstreams
- Developing deliverables for client engagements
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Building and sustaining client relationships
- Analyzing and solving complex problems
- Gaining insights into business contexts
- Upholding exceptional standards in deliverables
- Navigating complex and evolving situations

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for this position, the candidate must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience
- CPA or a commitment to pass the CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, or be a Member of the Bar

What Sets You Apart:
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may also be considered
- Experience in corporate and partnership taxation compliance and consulting
- Assisting financial services companies with tax impact
- Tax structuring of funds and portfolios
- Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Managing resource requirements and project workflow

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $208,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
