Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
Civil litigation attorneys at the law firm are expected to handle cases in various domains including Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense. The role demands candidates to be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Attorneys should possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research. They are required to be self-starters who can manage assignments with minimal supervision. Although trial experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Attorneys will have opportunities for forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.

Education and Experience Information:
