Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Attorney

Salary Range: $120,000-170,000 per year

Full-time position with flexible schedule

**Members Only** is a highly reputable law firm seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work under a partner, manage junior associates, and take ownership of your own cases.

As a mid-level litigation associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your independent case management skills while still receiving guidance and support from a partner. Our firm values diligence, excellent legal research and writing skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Work directly under one or more of the firm's partners, handling all aspects of civil litigation
- Prepare pleadings and discovery
- Conduct legal research and write motions
- Attend hearings, take and defend depositions, and potentially second or third chair trials
- Strong writing skills preferred, but willingness to learn and improve is essential

Requirements:

- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Case management experience and skill
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Real property or insurance coverage law experience preferred
