Job Title: Manager, Tax - Project Manager

Salary Range: $96,800 - $187,500 (depending on location and experience)

Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagement teams in the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of complex engagements.
- Utilize project management processes and tools to manage project teams across the entire project life cycle.
- Collaborate with project team to create project charters, execution plans, and communication plans.
- Identify and resolve project issues and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Manage internal and client-facing meetings.
- Oversee the project change control process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent project management experience in a professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or EA, or other approved credential.
- Skills in business modeling, management consulting, organizational development, and process improvement are a plus.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
