- Seeking an experienced attorney with at least 3 years of property casualty litigation experience

Responsibilities:

- Manage cases in state and federal courts
- Supervise and mentor staff
- Handle discovery, including taking and defending depositions
- Draft legal documents with minimal supervision
- Prepare for trial

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
- Strong writing and research skills
