Job Title:
Finance Associate (Mid-to-Senior-Level)

Salary:
The salary range for this position is between $235,000 to $390,000. Actual pay may vary based on location and experience.

Job Description:
The Finance Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities. They will work closely with financial institutions and corporate borrowers to ensure successful and efficient transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large law firm and possess excellent academic credentials and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Represent financial institutions and corporate borrowers in complex lending transactions
• Handle acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful and efficient transactions
• Maintain excellent communication skills and academic credentials

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 full years and up to 6 years of experience in financial transactions
• Experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers
• Experience in a large law firm preferred
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
