Job Title: Trial Attorney - Premises Liability

Job Responsibilities:
As a Trial Attorney at the law firm, you will have a range of responsibilities aimed at managing and advocating for a high-volume caseload in the area of premises liability. Your primary duties will include:

- Managing a High-Volume Caseload: You will oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month. This involves guiding each case from intake through to settlement or jury verdict.
- Engaging with Clients: Maintaining proactive and transparent communication with clients is essential. You will ensure that clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
- Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You will be responsible for conducting depositions, drafting and responding to motions, leading mediations, and developing comprehensive case strategies.
- Advocating in Trials: You will serve as lead counsel in jury trials, passionately advocating to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the position of Trial Attorney at the law firm, candidates must meet the following educational and experience criteria:

- Legal Acumen: A minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation is required, with 5-8 years preferred. Experience on either the plaintiff or defense side is valuable, though plaintiff-side experience for civil litigation is preferred.
- Licensure: Candidates must be active and in good standing with their local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred.
- Trial Experience: Extensive jury trial experience is necessary, along with a deep understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. The firm requires at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts to be considered, with 10+ first chair jury verdicts being preferable.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members is essential.

Salary Information:
