BDO is currently seeking a Tax Experienced Senior for their Private Client Services practice. This senior will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to high net-worth individuals and their families. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, as well as three or more years of prior relevant tax experience. A CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a . jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to high net-worth individuals and their families
- Work directly with clients and their advisors to gather information needed for tax returns
- Review tax returns and provide feedback to staff and interns
- Analyze tax notices and prepare response drafts
- Conduct advanced tax research and make recommendations for PCS leadership
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Assist with firm contribution responsibilities such as billing, recruiting, and training
- Build new relationships with other professionals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, required; Master’s degree preferred
- Three or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a . jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tax compliance process software
- Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills

Salary Information:

- California Range: $96,000 - $125,000
- Colorado Range: $80,000 - $100,000
- Illinois Range: $90,000 - $108,000
- Maryland Range: $95,000 - $110,000
- Minnesota Range: $80,000 - $95,000
- NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $100,000 - $120,000
- Washington Range: $83,000 - $115,000
- Washington DC Range: $100,000 - $115,000
