Job Title: Real Estate Associate Job Responsibilities: - Support the Real Estate practice in the Los Angeles office of a law firm. - Engage in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. - Represent institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds throughout all phases of the investment cycle. - Participate in sophisticated lending transactions. - Utilize excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills to perform job functions effectively. Education and Experience Information: - Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree obtained between the years 2020 and 2024. - Applicants should have 1 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Salary Information: - The salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $225,000 to $365,000. - The actual salary could be lower or higher based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
