Duties:

• Work on a variety of employment litigation and counseling cases.
• Learn and eventually handle all aspects of a case, including trial.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Maintain detailed case records and documentation.
• Stay current with developments in employment law.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Maryland Bar is mandatory.
• Strong interest in litigation and a commitment to learning trial processes.
• Willingness to pursue admission to the DC and Virginia Bars.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
