Qualifications:

- At least two years of experience in insurance defense or financial services work
- Strong research skills and knowledge of laws, court decisions, and rules of evidence and procedure
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player and self-starter
- Must be licensed in North Carolina or eligible to seek admission without examination
- Willingness to travel for court appearances and other proceedings as necessary
