- Experience: 4+ years in M&A transactions
- Salary Range: $175,000 - $330,000/year

Job Description:

- Seeking an experienced corporate attorney to join our team
- Hybrid role with opportunities for leadership and business development
- Focus on M&A transactions, particularly in the private equity sector
- Key responsibilities include leading due diligence teams, negotiating transactions, and purchasing representations & warranties insurance (RWI)
- Proficiency with modern collaboration software tools (. Teams, Office 365) required

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience as a transactional attorney in a law firm or equivalent in-house role
- Hands-on experience with M&A due diligence and negotiation
- Growth mindset and interest in business development
- Ability to manage complex issues and utilize technology and support staff effectively
